Jesus championed group prayer.  When he taught his disciples to pray, he didn't say, "My Father in Heaven."  He said, "Our Father in Heaven."  He also promised where two or three are gathered in His Name, their prayers would be heard and answered:

"Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in Heaven. For where two or three come together in my name, there am I with them." Matthew 18:19-20 NIV

Priority Prayer

Sundays at 8 am

A group gathers for Priority Prayer each Sunday to pray for the events of the day, the needs of the church family and God's work in and through our church.

Women's Prayer Huddle for Missions

T-3 Prayer

The evening of the third Tuesday of the month is set a side for group prayer.  There are three other reasons our prayer strategy is called T-3:

• Teaching will be a key part of the strategy.  We want to encourage all who come to have an attitude that they still have a lot to learn about prayer, no matter how long they have been a Christ-follower.  So a part of each evening will be instructions on how to pray more effectively.  Come expecting to grow in your prayer life.
• Touching is an old word we encounter in Matthew 18:19 (ASV.) Jesus said,^” Again I say unto you, that if two of you shall agree on earth as touching anything that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.”  This is what makes coming together for prayer so important.  We are able together to hear the voice of God and come to agreement with what we need to ask and receive from our Father.  In T-3 prayer we want to discover the power of prayer.
• Two or Three – Jesus said where two or three are gathered in his Name, he is there in their midst (Matthew 18:20.)  It is not that we only want 2 or 3 to come to our monthly prayer meetings but we want all who come to experience, in a rich way, the very presence of Jesus. That is to be our most compelling reason to gather.
